This is not about blowing our own trumpet as the title suggests, it’s more about self-promotion. Let me explain a few months ago we started to leave customer feedback forms in our guest rooms not for self-gratification but to monitor that we were still performing at the highest level and was there anything we could do to improve your stay. Our delight with the responses was very rewarding, hence the reason we are adding some of them to our blog. “Lots of lovely touches”, “Food was of very good quality as were the options for breakfast”  “Room and bathroom immaculate throughout” and one of the nicest comments “We stay in lots of very expensive hotels which are nowhere as good as Langtrys”. We believe that this exercise is worthwhile and we shall be continuing it in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
