We took the hour and half drive to Kilnsey Park in the Yorkshire Dales yesterday as a treat for our Granddaughter, the forecast was good and it turned out to be just so. Only down side was you turn left right in front of Skipton Golf Club, oh well next time. First stop was the coffee shop and a toasted tea cake was also in order, then off to wander round to look at the goats, red squirrels and of course to feed the fish but the ducks are so quick it was hard to decide sometimes who got there first. Then Paris (our Granddaughter) was off to say hello to the Kune Kune pigs and check out the bee hive, fishing was a no no as Paris did not like the idea of when you catch one you have to knock it on the head, well she is still young.
