News of our latest attempt to grow mushrooms is not good, we have failed again, even after following instructions to the letter we have to face facts we can not grow them. Well at least our local grower has not lost the business, one mans failure is another mans gain. On the golf front I played in a Sue Ryder Charity Golf Day at Skipton Golf Club on Monday with Sally from Elslack Grange, Penny and Leslie. We did not play great golf but we had a laugh the weather was lovely and so was the company a great day. I am playing the next round of the Gazette Matchplay tomorrow at St Anne's Old Links so will post the result in the near future.
