Hundreds of tram lovers crammed on to South Promenade to vie for a seat on one of the seven famous electric vehicles as they paraded in a return trip from the Pleasure Beach bus stop to Bispham.
Happy snappers lined the streets to catch a glimpse of the oldest tram, the Blackpool to Fleetwood number two, built in 1898, which lead the procession, followed by the rest of the troop in age order.
