A TWINKLE-toed Tory and a Rumba-ing rugby player are among the stars who could be twirling round Blackpool Tower Ballroom this year. For the iconic venue has once more been chosen to host the BBC's flagship entertainment show Strictly Come Dancing. They will all be hoping to reach the Blackpool round of the competition which will see the dancers stepping out on the famous ballroom on Saturday 20 November.
